A bit of a departure from the norm, we're putting on a night at the Night Owls Nightclub in Tamworth, on March 25th 2005 (Good Friday). Hard house, hard trance and techno with some Clotted Cream regulars as well as Shaft regulars Mark H and Shenton.

Great turnout, great atmosphere, and great music. A massive shame that Casper couldn't make it - he says he is gutted as he was really looking forward to it himself! - but we still HAD IT. word.

We know that's the night of the Storm Allnighter (www.stormgb.com) but we've been able to sort out late entry for anyone who wants to come with us to Storm afterwards! You'll only be missing the Tidy Boys 3 hour set (which isn't a bad thing at all ), and we should get over there in time for Glazby and Ian M

Andy Bagguley:

Andy Bagguley is one of the brightest lights in the future of trance music as it is! He's been promised regular spots at the legendary trance club PASSION this year as well as his various residencies and regular spots at Hotdog in Nottingham and Sensoria in Milton Keynes! Again big things expected in the near future!


JP&Jukesy:

JP & Jukesy aka Jon-Paul Montgomery and Adam Jukes are two rising stars in the UK scene, especially in their home city of Birmingham. Favouring the HARDER side of hard house (as well as playing hard trance and techno), they have an impressive list of conquests on their DJing resumé, including Insomniacz, Sundissential, and their first residency at Sunday School. They have also had two tracks signed to Nuneaton's Passion Records - "How I Feel" and "H-Bomb" - and are certainly ones to watch!


Casper:

Casper is best known for his dirty hard quality productions rather than his DJ'ing skills! His music is played in ALL the main hard house clubs throughout the country and even the world! He is the mastermind behind the Passion Records releases and he's now being contacted by big name DJs that want to work and produce alongside him, such as Karim. He's already at the top of the tree in underground hard house production and a name we're going to be hearing for many years to come!

The Clotted Cream DJs (Bean, Cooper and doctea) will be joining forces with Mark Robins and Vinny at Merricks to bang it out on the Sunday evening of March 9th - I hope you can all come along and show your support!

For the next Clotted Cream event we plan to bring you a night of just hard dance music, with hard trance, hard house, nu-nrg, hard techno, acid trance, trancecore, hardcore, old skool and whatever we fancy.

The line-up will be: Bean 'da man' Upton (Hard House Classics set), Tristan 'doctea' Rowley, and DJ Cooper, each playing for an hour and 20 minutes so we can really get into it!

If you'd like to play at a future event and you've got something a bit different you can offer us (not just the usual hard house/hard trance) then doctea would be especially glad to hear from you!

Due to licensing reasons this party is by invite only. If you think you should have an invite and havn't got one, let us know!

Please note there will be no charge on the door for this event, but we would be happy to accept donations on the night to cover our costs and let us do more for the next event!

It's back!

Due to popular demand and after the success of our first event, Clotted Cream is back at Kenney's Bar for another night of trance and downright hardness on Friday, 7th February, 2003.

This night sees a return for our resident DJs DJ Cooper (8PM-9PM), Tristan 'doctea' Rowley (9PM-10PM) and Barry 'bean' Upton (11PM-midnight), and welcomes Merricks resident, Mark Robins (10PM-11PM), as our guest DJ.

Music policy will cover the harder side of trance and HARD hard house. We're just a small night trying to do something for a laugh in Hinckley, so please come along, bring your mates, have some fun and stomp the night away in a pool hall filled with smoke, flashing lights and bass!

Admission will be £2, payable upon entry on the night.

SUCCESS!
Well, the second Clotted Cream night was a big success. We reckon we had about 100 people in, and although there was a slight accident with the power - beer and electricity don't mix it would seem! - everything went smoothly and everyone had a good time.
